Terms and booking conditions:

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking - payable by bank transfer or credit card.
• Full settlement of your account is required upon arrival
• Rates are subject to change without notice
• Please supply us with all contact details, especially cell phone numbers.
• No reservation will be confirmed without the 50% deposit as per our cancellation policy.

Cancellation policy:

• Cancellation fees will be deducted accordingly if bookings are cancelled after confirmation
• No shows - 100% of reservation value less any deposit paid.
• Mid reservation cancellation - 100% of value of remaining nights less any deposit paid.
• Cancellation of booking - 50% deposit are non-refundable.
• If no deposit is held a 50% cancellation fee of the total reservation value will be charged.
